Welcome to Tara Scissor Hounds (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services. By booking a grooming service, you agree to these terms in full.

2. Grooming Services

2.1 Booking Process

• Bookings can be made via phone or in-person
• A consultation will be conducted to discuss your pet’s specific grooming needs
• Specific grooming requirements must be communicated at the time of booking
• We reserve the right to refuse service if we cannot safely groom the animal

2.2 Payment Terms

• Full payment is due at the time of service
• We only accept cash as payment
• Prices are subject to change and will be confirmed at the time of booking

2.3 Cancellation and Rescheduling

• Over 24-hours notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling
• Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged a 25% of your groom cancellation fee
• We reserve the right to charge for any missed appointments

3. Pet Health and Safety

• Pets must be up to date on vaccinations
• Aggressive or excessively stressed animals may be refused service
• We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or medical issues
• Owners must disclose any medical conditions or behavioral concerns before grooming

4. Liability and Disclaimer

While we take the utmost care with your pet, we are not liable for:

• Any pre-existing medical conditions
• Stress or anxiety-related reactions
• Minor skin irritations or cuts that may occur during grooming
• Natural shedding or coat conditions

5. Communication

Primary communication will be via phone.

6. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or serious illness.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately.
